What is The Presence Process?
The 10 week Presence Process Program is designed to accommdate anyone who is ready to go deeper, accept themselves and "know they are enough." This process changes our relationship with pain, stress and anxiety.
The program can further quip us to integrate the suppressed fear, anger and grief that seeps into our daily experience. The Presence Process can help us notice why we have chronic pain and how the present moment is the path to healing.

What to Expect During the 10 Week Program?
We can expect to consciously be aware of when we respond instead of react.
As we embark on our personal journey into present moment awareness we become empowered to take charge of our lives no matter what our present circumstances.

What will we gain from The Presence Process?
The benefits of joining The Presence Process is the sense of present awareness: "is once seen is never unseen" -- we will gain insights to accept the things we cannot change, the courage to change the things we can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Please join us on the "Retreat in Daily Life". We will invite you to a Zoom Room where you can listen, share, or participate as much as you wish.
Together we will learn to implement Week 1-10 of The Presence Process.
Registration fee includes:
- A place in our weekly zoom meetings
- Private Facebook Group access for ongoing support and monitoring
- Support of The Presence Process program from Rose and Tovah
We meet on Thursdays weekly (starting on March 18th) and are offering two optional timezones for your convenience:
